Scribblenauts Unlimited Adds Mario, Zelda Characters
October 17, 2012

WB Interactive has announced that Scribblenauts Unlimited will include characters from Nintendo franchises. Players will be able to call upon 「dozens」 of characters and items from Mario and Zelda exclusively in the Wii U version of the game.

Characters revealed so far include Yoshi, Peach, Luigi, Mario, Link, Zelda, Epona and a Goron. WB notes that the Nintendo characters will not be able to be modified by adjectives, but players can summon items like karts, mushrooms and more for them to interact with.

Unlimited’s biggest addition is a creation tool that allows players to make their own objects which can be shared online. The creation tool is impressive and versatile. I summoned a bear, made him red, blue, and orange, made his head gigantic, and then switched his head with his front leg. Then I got on top of him and rode him like a horse and laughed out loud. The creation tools, and the ability to share objects online, theoretically means that soon we will see all kinds of licensed items and characters from the community.

To push Scribblenauts Unlimited to the limits of its vocabulary is impressive, and seeing how objects interact with one another is always amusing. Scribblenauts Unlimited’s ability to blur the line between game and toy is one of its greatest strengths. Finding the more obscure and bizarre ways to solve puzzles is where the experience shines, largely because it’s the kind of fun you create for yourself.

The good news is that we’re finally learning what some of these differences are. According to the latest issue of Nintendo Power, the 3DS version of Scribblenauts Unlimited will incorporate StreetPass functionality that allows players to see how others have conquered puzzles in different ways, along with stereoscopic 3D.

On the other hand, only the Wii U version will play host to the object editor shown in the trailers, and it will - of course - play in full HD. Besides these little differences, both titles are slated to be exactly the same - same missions, same puzzles, same open world, etc. Unlike past situations where handheld versions of major console games were severely stripped-down affairs, it looks like both versions of Scribblenauts Unlimited are actually separate-but-equal games each boasting its own unique function.

有裸眼3D (下mon先係畫面，所以可能上mon得過場片個D先係3D )

Wii U版有Object Creator可以自己Create Object
可以同其他玩家Online share Object

可以只用個Gamepad玩 (電視比人霸左時有用)
