Today, we can exclusively reveal to you the games Sega will showcase to the world for the very first time on the 29th.

Here they are!

Shenmue III (XBox )

Panzer Dragoon Saga II (Xbox )

Crazy Taxi 4 (Xbox/PS2/GC)

Super Monkey Ball 3 (Xbox/PS2/GC)

OutRun 2 (Xbox/PS2/PSP)

Virtua Fighter 4 Final Tuned (Xbox/PSP worldwide) - PS2 Japan only

Shinobi 2 (PS2)

Spikeout X-treme (XBox/PS2)

Sega Superstars (PS2/XBox/GC)

Sonic the Hedgehog No Ones (PS2/XBox/PSP/NDS)

Sega Superstars will be a sequel to Fighters Megamix. Outrun 2 will have a total of 12 cars compared to the arcade versions 8 and will support online play. Crazy Taxi 4's launch will coincide with the release of the movie. Sonic No Ones will consist of Sonic1, 2, 3, & Knuckles, CD, Spinball, and the new Advance 3. Both Shenmue III and Panzer Dragoon Saga 2 will be funded and published by MS as 2nd party titles.

Sega's conference will take place on the 29th of April, where all these games will be shown for the very first time.

Sega Chooses Imagination Technologies

Imagination Technologies has signed at technology licensing agreement with Sega for the development of next generation arcade game systems based on its high-end PowerVR graphics accelerator.

"We are thrilled to once again be cooperating with Sega at the forefront of video gaming," said John Metcalfe, VP for business development at Imagination Technologies. "Together we have already proven our excellence in arcade games with the Naomi family."

Says Hiroshi Yagi, Corporate Officer in AM Product R&D Division, SEGA CORPORATION: ?The inherent benefits of PowerVR, which are well known to SEGA, will be utilized to deliver interactive experiences that will amaze gamers worldwide and continue SEGA?s legacy of innovation and excellence. SEGA?s new arcade platform, which will be at the forefront of Sega?s current board strategy across all video game genres, will deliver cutting edge gaming, exceeding any other videogame system in the world.?

Sammy boss takes over as chairman at Sega

Sega announced today at it's special shareholders meeting that Sammy CEO Hajime Satomi has been appointed chairman of Sega. The shareholder's meeting held at Shinagawa Prince Hotel in Tokyo, also saw that popular chairman Hideki Sato demoted to vice chairman.

Satomi?s plans are to dominate the third-world with arcades, this plan includes the use of Dreamcast-based AtomisWave arcade platform, a full-scale rollout into China, Africa, Russia and South America, is planned over the coming year.

How will all of this affect Sega's Home consumer market aspirations?

Virtua Fighter 5 on the way

We can officially confirm that VF5 is on the way. Not alot regarding the title is known aside from the fact that the game will run on completely new hardware. Naomi 3 maybe?

無SF唔等於唔可信,點都要等官方情報,可況據佢講4/29會有消息呢,相信好快會知真相,而近排亦有好多有關Sega Superstars的情報呢,唔好咁快否定佢的可信性,當然唔排除佢係假啦,不過值得留意的係佢好似只Post關於Sega的情報.

本人覺得可信性低...

我反而覺得呢隻可信性較高,因為MS真係肯出錢比SEGA開發的話,絕對有機會出莎木3 ga,因為莎木3之所以出唔成係SEGA無錢再去開發一隻咁高成本的遊戲.
