May 1, 2006 - Headed by former IO Interactive employee and Creative Manager Morten Iverson, the upstart development company Zeitguyz has revealed that it will unveil an original IP known as "Urban Mysteries" at the 2006 Electronic Entertainment Expo. Details about the new project are extremely slim, with the only known fact pertaining to its targeted platforms (that would be "all major ones," according to the team's official website).

"The hardest thing in the game industry is not making the game of your dreams," says the Zeitguys website. "But not being able to tell about it. Protecting your IP is one issue here - the dangers of overkill another. When the time is ripe, we will be able to disclose more. What we can say is this: ZeitGuyz is working on an epic title incorporating an intense mix of action, adventure and strategy. Our goal is to create a unique and different game in an exciting and hitherto untapped game world, without loosing mass-market appeal. And since the legacy of paranoia is quite legitimate in this industry, we cannot at this point reveal much about the actual content - except that it will be a full price title on all major platforms.

"Talk is cheap," continues the website's mission statement. "Proof of the game is in the playing. Tune in later, and we will have stuff we can show. And we will try not to disappoint you by hyping it, but keep you intrigued by our secrecy."
