雖然《蝙蝠俠對超人：正義曙光》（Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice）目前的表現並不如預期來的好，但後續龐大的 DC 電影世界觀也即將展開，緊接著要與觀眾見面的就是由大衛艾耶（David Ayer）執導，集結多位反派角色為主的英雄電影《自殺突擊隊》（Suicide Squad）。然而上映在即，日前則傳出華納兄弟影業又花費了數千萬美元進行重拍。

當時的報導指出，重拍是為了將《自殺突擊隊》的整體調性呈現得更加輕鬆愉快，因為前一支配上皇后樂團〈波希米亞狂想曲〉（Bohemian Rhapsody）的預告受到非常熱烈地迴響，確實也有別於在去年聖地牙哥動漫展曝光的首支預告所呈現出 DC 英雄一貫的黑暗、嚴肅，來的更加歡樂且戲謔。

不過在片中飾演「迴力鏢隊長」（Captain Boomerang）的傑寇特尼（Jai Courtney）日前接受訪問則否認重拍是為了調整風格，而是要增加更多的動作場面，「我想這部電影已經有很多的幽默在其中了，我不會說我們是為了要讓它更有趣，我們做的是一些更厲害的動作場景，真的，我們就是增加這方面的元素。」

《自殺突擊隊》演出卡司包括威爾史密斯（Will Smith）飾演 Deadshot，傑瑞德李托（Jared Leto）飾演小丑、瑪格羅比（Margot Robbie）飾演 Harley Quinn、傑寇特尼（Jai Courtney）飾演 Captain Boomerang、卡拉迪樂芬（Cara Delevigne）飾演 Enchantress、喬爾金納曼（Joel Kinnaman）飾演 Rick Flagg、薇拉戴維絲（Viola Davis）飾演自殺突擊隊召集人亞曼達沃勒（Amanda Waller），8 月 5 號上映。

原著漫畫拍呢隊人為美國政府做好多對外國的野, 我估呢套戲唔會咁政治化, 可能跟OVA assault on gotham, 咁的確係對付joker.

At this point, we’ve seen three very different trailers for Suicide Squad, each one establishing not only the tone of the blockbuster, but also giving us a peek at how we can expect the large ensemble of villains to interact with each other as they team up on a black ops mission for the government. That being said, the details of that black ops mission remain the film’s best kept secret, and while there have been many rumors swirling around over the last few years, writer/director David Ayer told us that we have not yet heard an accurate report about the job that the titular group has been hired to do.

Prior to Tuesday afternoon’s Warner Bros. presentation at CinemaCon – the annual convention held in Las Vegas for theater owners – I had the pleasure of chatting with David Ayer about his new movie on a press line. We touched on numerous subjects – including what he says are bogus reports about reshoots adding more humor to Suicide Squad - but the most intriguing comments he made were about the film’s plot. Curious myself to know what the summer movie is going to be about, I asked the filmmaker if he could share any details about the mission the team goes on in the film, but he explained that information won’t be available until people actually start seeing the movie. Said Ayer,

it’s very mysterious. I know everyone is peeking through a keyhole trying to figure out what the movie is about, but nobody’s got it yet – which is a lot of fun! Our surprises remain intact.


Just like we see in the development of all comic book movies and major blockbusters, the last couple years have been filled with "scoops" and stories claiming to know exactly what Suicide Squad is about - but evidently the truth has not yet been stumbled upon. There has been talk that Antiphon is the main villain, and that a part of the plot would involve breaking Jared Leto’s The Joker out of prison, but Ayer’s comments suggest both of those are off the table. So we’ll just have to wait and see what the film winds up actually being about.

What do we know for now? Well, the basics are that government official Amanda Waller (Viola Davis) has the idea to assemble a special task force of supervillains who will be used to pull off highly risky or controversial missions. This is a team that includes Deadshot (Will Smith), Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie), Slipknot (Adam Beach), El Diablo (Jay Hernandez), Killer Croc (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje), Katana (Karen Fukuhara), Boomerang (Jai Courtney), Enchantress (Cara Delevingne) and their wrangler, Rick Flag (Joel Kinnaman). Together the bad guys will work to defeat a greater evil than themselves – though exactly what that greater evil is we have no idea.

Suicide Squad will be in theaters on August 5th, and stay tuned for more in the coming days, weeks, and months for more about the film.

In an interesting twist, the project is not a Quinn solo movie. Rather, it would focus on several of DC’s female heroes and villains, with names such as Batgirl and Birds of Prey surfacing.

Months ahead of the opening of Suicide Squad, Warner Bros. is already contemplating a spinoff for the DC Entertainment anti-heroine, Harley Quinn.

Margot Robbie, who stars as the villainess in Suicide Squad, is attached to reprise the character and would also produce the untitled spinoff, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

But in an interesting twist, the project is not a Quinn solo movie. Rather, it would focus on several of DC’s female heroes and villains.

Details are being closely guarded but names such as Batgirl and Birds of Prey have surfaced, although in what capacity, it’s not clear. Warner Bros. isn’t commenting.

There is also a scribe penning the script but those details, too, are being kept secret, although it is known that the writer is female.

DC has a very strong stable of heroines and villainesses and has been focusing on those characters with the rise of its female readership and fanbase. It recently introduced DC SuperHero Girls, a line of comics and products targeting the young female demographic. The characters getting the spotlight include Quinn, Batgirl, Batman villainess Poison Ivy, Katana (Quinn’s fellow member of the Suicide Squad) and Bumblebee, who can fly and shrink.

Sources say that Robbie was the impetus for the project, adding that when she got the part for the movie, she dove deep into the comics to learn as much as possible about the character. In the process, she fell for DC’s female characters. She brought on the writer to help develop the project and brought it to Warners, which snapped it up.

A Quinn-centered movie is a no-brainer for Warners. The character was created by writer Paul Dini and was initially a sidekick and girlfriend to the Joker. But to the surprise of many, she caught the imagination of fans, who have propelled her to star status. While she may not have the stature and deep roots of DC's Wonder Woman, Quinn's books outsell the Amazonian's and her merchandise is also a top seller.

The character has some similarities to Marvel's Deadpool in that they both break the fourth wall and have nihilistic streaks, with their stories being wacky fun.

Robbie is well-established at Warners, where she previously starred with Will Smith in 2015 caper flick Focus and plays Jane in this summer's The Legend of Tarzan. She is repped by CAA, Management 360, Jackoway Tyerman.

就在《美國隊長3：英雄內戰》（Captain America: Civil War）等電影的上映之後，正式開始了近期密集的超級英雄系列電影馬拉松，這週末《X戰警：天啟》（X-Men: Apocalypse）即將要跟台灣的觀眾見面，而除此之外 DC 漫畫的宇宙觀也有一部令人期待已久的作品《自殺突擊隊》（Suicide Squad）將在 8 月上映，讓整個 2016 年非常的熱鬧。

日前又有消息傳出，《自殺突擊隊》中的角色「女小丑」哈利昆恩（Harley Quinn），正由華納兄弟電影公司籌劃拍攝獨立電影，由瑪格羅比（Margot Robbie）主演，還會有其他幾位女英雄以及反派角色出現，儘管不大像是我們過去認知裡的「獨立」電影，但由哈利昆恩韋固是主線也讓人非常期待會有什麼特別的發展。

瑪格羅比確定會演出這部半獨立電影，不過目前詳細的資訊都尚未公開，甚至連請到誰來擔任編劇也無從得知，只能大概猜測除女小丑以外，或許還會有蝙蝠女甚至是猛禽小隊（Birds of Prey）出現的可能性。而瑪格其實也是推動獨立電影的幕後最大推手，就在他揣摩這次要演出的角色時，他也間接愛上了許多漫畫裡面的角色，所以他就找了一個編劇寫劇本，把這個計畫交給了華納影業，他們才發現女小丑獨立電影的可能性，也間接的拓展了 DC 世界觀的版圖。

對於華納影業來說，這樣的作法非常聰明，我們看到漫威影業已經花了超過 10 的時間在發展各式各樣的獨立電影、聯盟電影，又再不同的獨立電影中讓不同的角色出現，這樣的故事網路需要非常龐大的計畫，也正是 DC 影業一直缺乏的元素。儘管《蝙蝠俠對超人：正義曙光》（Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice）的票房實在難看，觀眾對於《自殺突擊隊》的興趣可說是越來越高，瑪格羅比的動態圖片檔案也在網路上瘋傳，或許讓這個角色成為 DC 世界觀的橋樑會是一個好點子。

目前 DC 世界觀還有班艾佛列克（Ben Affleck）正在進行的蝙蝠俠獨立電影，以及查克史奈德（Zack Snyder）的《正義聯盟》（Justice League），再更遠一點的檔期還有《閃電俠》（The Flash）以及《水行俠》（Aquaman），這樣看起來如果能夠從女性角色出發，在神力女超人以及其他的女性超級英雄角色出發，或許能夠更快追上漫威的腳步，就讓我們等待電影公司會怎麼樣計畫拓展這塊地圖，也期待他們能夠讓觀眾看到更多元的超級英雄電影。（Collider）
