Following to your email I checked your order and I confirm that if you check the order in My Orders (I miei ordini) in Your Account (Il mio account) ou can see that the status of your order is "Prenotato".
Then if you click on "Dettagli Ordine" on the left of the screen, you can see the status is "Non ancora spedito".
I confirm that your order is ok and the estimated shipping date of your order is the 25th of November 2013 with delivery within the 29th of November 2013.
If you wish, you could check both the estimated shipping date and the estimated delivery date by clicking on My Orders (I miei ordini) within Your Account (Il mio account) on the right top corner of the majority of our pages.
